Do you want to participate at World Championship in Varberg, Sweden in August 2024?
We are selling our 505 as we have realized that we don’t have enough time. It’s a fantastically fun boat to sail! We have sailed it for two years at the Björlanda Sailing Club in Gothenburg.
The boat is a Rondar from 2001, which is very well maintained and fully equipped for racing. The sail setup consists of a mainsail (Kevlar North sail) and four jibs (North sail), several of which are of good quality. Two spinnakers, one of which has been very limited used. Spinnaker tunnel & double spinnaker booms. Carbon fiber boom. It is a gybing centerboard.
During the time we’ve owned it, we’ve replaced the main halyard (including a solution for fastening), several sheets, and added a number of blocks and new solutions. We have also replaced a large part of the rubber lines (cord) and supplemented the non-slip protection around the boat.
A launching trolley in very good condition and a good cover for the entire boat are included. A trapeze harness is also included.
SWE-8787 has previously been sailed by people active in the Björlanda Sailing Club in Gothenburg. References can
therefore be obtained if requested.
